1. What are the Shipping Methods?

2. Does Emery's Corner accept returns?

- Unfortunately, all sales are final. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us for further help!

3. Why haven't I received my order?

We apologize for delayed delivery of your order. Please refer to your tracking number for any updates. If you have not received your tracking number after your invoice has been confirmed, please reach out to us via Instagram for further help.

5. What are the pick-up hours?
Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM

6. When will my order be ready?
Orders are ready in 1–2 business days. We’ll email you when it’s ready for pick-up.

7. Can I buy matcha at the pick-up spot?
No, it’s only a pick-up point — no products are sold on-site.

8. How do I know about restocks?
We announce restock dates on our website in the Countdown section, on the Coming Soon product page, and through our Instagram Stories. Make sure to check back often so you don’t miss it!

9. Can I pre-order?
No, we don't offer pre-orders. All items are available first-come, first-served at restock time.

10. Is there a purchase limit?
Yes. For Yamamasa, Marukyu, and Hoshino matcha, the limit is one tin (size) per kind. For all other brands, the limit is two tins (sizes) per kind.

11. Do you have flavor profiles for all the matcha?
Not for every matcha. We include the flavor profile when it’s available from the brand’s official page or description.

12. Can I pay extra to secure matcha?
No, we do not offer paid holds or reservations. All matcha is sold first-come, first-served at restock.

13. How do I know if a matcha is good?
We encourage you to stay open to trying new matcha instead of just chasing the popular ones. You might be surprised — some of your favorites could end up being the hidden gems!
