Shipping Origin & Responsibility
- All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas.
- We are not responsible for orders once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. However, during restock periods, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing due to the high volume of orders.
- Once shipped, tracking updates will be provided.
- If you experience any delays or issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly, but we’re happy to assist when possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- $7.50 Flat Rate for all orders within Texas (estimated 2-4 business days in transit).
- $7.99 Flat Rate for all orders under $50 (estimated 2-4 business days in transit).
- $9.99 Flat Rate for all orders over $50 (estimated 2-4 business days in transit).
- Free Shipping for orders $175+.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
