Shipping Origin & Responsibility

  • All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas.
  • We are not responsible for orders once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. However, during restock periods, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing due to the high volume of orders.
  • Once shipped, tracking updates will be provided.
  • If you experience any delays or issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly, but we’re happy to assist when possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • $7.50 Flat Rate for all orders within Texas (estimated 2-4 business days in transit).
  • $7.99 Flat Rate for all orders under $50 (estimated 2-4 business days in transit).
  • $9.99 Flat Rate for all orders over $50 (estimated 2-4 business days in transit).
  • Free Shipping for orders $175+.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note:

  • This location is for pick-up only — no matcha is sold on-site.

  • Orders will be ready in 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up.
