"Kuchikiri Ousucha Kikuju no Mukashi" is made by processing tea leaves picked around the 88th day after harvest in early summer into tencha form and aging them to enhance the "mellow umami" flavor. The matcha is carefully ground with a stone mill, and you can enjoy the mellow sweet aroma that spreads when you take a sip of the strong tea, as well as the rich flavor that comes from aging.
This special flavor is available only during this season, and is served in a special autumn leaf can. The colorful leaves make autumn a visual treat.
